A man,28, stole a car with a baby and left the baby in the parked car. Judge Leo sentenced him to three years for abandoning a baby.

 

Mr. Lopez stole the car in April this year while the baby’s mother was buying some milk from the supermarket. When he discovered that there was a baby in the back seat, he panicked and abandoned the car. The police found baby an hour later, frightened but unharmed.
